Sit in silence and hear the world around you.
The world has a lot to say if we are willing to listen.
Being together in silence is okay. Sometimes we don’t think so and feel the need to make noise.
Allow your thoughts to happen and grow.
To sit in nothing and let it be nothing. It’s hard but wonderful if we allow it.
To give someone silence so they have a chance to express themselves. Let them have time to get their thoughts together and allow them to break the silence.
Silence can be healing and just enough can give you the opportunity to calm down.
It allows the chance to think and see anything in a different light. You can’t do that if you are consistently making noise.
Silence in the morning is lovely. You are part of the world waking up around you and allows your brain to wake up.
Stop and sit in the silence and let it happen.
Thinking in silence with no outside interference can be wonderful.
Don’t stay silent forever but when you get the chance take the silence.
